Gymnasium
Dimensions: 75’ x 96'

The DeHaan Family Gymnasium is used for a variety of daily games and serves as the home gym for our basketball leagues. This hardwood floor gym houses 2 digital scoreboards, 6 height adjustable baskets, main floor volleyball stanchions, a divider curtain to separate the gym in half, and plenty of bleacher seating. Basketball, Football, Indoor Soccer, Dodge ball, Ultimate Frisbee, and more. It can all be done in the gym and it’s rentable too!
Kitchen
Dimensions:
The kitchen of the Club is not only used to prepare lunch meals during the summer months, but is home to the Cooking Club. The kitchen also gets used when members prepare special meals for the Board of Directors and other people special to the Club.
Lower Games Room
Dimensions: 46' x 32'
This is a gathering area for our members it includes 2 pool tables, a bumper pool table, ping - pong tables, foosball and occasionally an air hockey table. These games are usually first come first serve with occasional tournaments being played.
Media Center
Dimensions: 27' x 25'
Our Media Center is a place to do homework, be tutored, or be on the computer. We have a program that helps with homework called Power Hour. Members earn points for test scores and homework completed during Power Hour. With these points they can earn prizes. Also in our media center we have 10 computers that are linked to a network with Internet access. We have 4 specific age groups to limit the Internet access. They are kids ages 5-8, kids plus 9-12, teens 13-15 and teen plus 16-18. Members must turn in a permission packet signed by both the parent and the member before they are able to participate on the computer.
Multipurpose Room
Dimensions: 35' x 35'
This spacious room gets used for a variety of events. During the school year, the divider wall gets put in place and half of the room becomes the Teen Center—a place that teens can gather away from the distractions of other Club events. The room also functions as a lunchroom during the summer months, hosts cake walks and other games for special events such as the Winter Blues Party.
Outdoor Courts
Dimensions: 81' x 61'
When the weather gets nice, the Club members head outside! This asphalt, fenced in space has 5 baskets and is used for multiple outdoor activities. It’s a popular destination for the skateboard and rollerbladers of the club, as well as those members who want to partake in outdoor activities. During the summer months it houses our Water Days activities. This is the only space in the club that skateboards, rollerblades, and scooters are used.

Smitha Activity Center (SAC) Room
Dimensions: 49' x 40'

Named after our Director, Chuck Smitha, the Smitha Activity Center is home to a variety of activities and special programs. TaeKwonDo classes, aerobics, movies, middle school dances, Open Mic Nights, Father/Daughter Dances, Safe sitter Classes, coaches meetings and more. This hardwood floor activity center is used for a variety of activities and it can be rented for your activities.
Upper Games Room
Dimensions: 24' x 21'
The Upper Games Room area is a place we have tables set up for board games, cards and Nintendo, etc. This is an open area for our members to gather.
Woodshop / Arts & Crafts Room
Dimensions: 20' x 28'
Activities at the Boys & Girls Club engage all aspects of youth. We have a room specially designed to tap into the creative side of the kids. In here kids have the freedom to let their imagination run wild with a variety of activities ranging from working with wood to working with clay, from designing a tie-dye shirt to designing a mobile for a room.
